Sportifo hilft dir, Trainingspartner in deiner Nähe zu finden. Diese Erklärung beschreibt, welche Daten die Sportifo-App dabei verarbeitet und welche Rechte du hast.
1. Verantwortlicher
Verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten im Sinne der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) ist Sportifo (im Folgenden „das Sportifo-Team“).

2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
- Kontodaten: E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort (das Passwort wird nur als kryptografischer Hash gespeichert).
- Profildaten: Name, Nutzername, Alter, Geschlecht, Sportarten, Fitness-Level, Beschreibung („Bio“) und – freiwillig – ein Profilfoto.
- Standort: mit deiner Zustimmung dein ungefährer Standort (auf etwa einen Kilometer gerundet) oder eine von dir eingegebene Stadt.
- Inhalte: Trainingsanfragen, Chat-Nachrichten, gesendete Bilder, Termine, Favoriten sowie Gruppen, Events und Spiele, die du erstellst oder denen du beitrittst.
- Nutzungsstatus: Zeitpunkt, zu dem Nachrichten zugestellt und gelesen wurden.
- Geräte-Token: eine Kennung deines Geräts für Push-Benachrichtigungen.
- Technische Daten: IP-Adresse und Geräteinformationen, die bei der Verbindung zu unseren Servern anfallen.
- Bildprüfung: Bilder werden vor dem Hochladen automatisch auf Nacktheit geprüft. Die Prüfung läuft ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät; dafür wird kein Bild an uns oder an Dritte übertragen. Bei Chat-Bildern speichern wir nur das Ergebnis (sensibel: ja/nein) zusammen mit der Nachricht.
- Meldungen und Sperren: Wenn du etwas meldest, speichern wir die Meldung mit Grund, deinem Hinweis und – bei Nachrichten – dem gemeldeten Inhalt, um sie zu prüfen. Wird ein Konto gesperrt, speichern wir dessen E-Mail-Adresse als nicht umkehrbaren Hash, um eine erneute Registrierung zu verhindern. Moderationsvorgänge protokollieren wir ohne Inhalte (wer, was, wann).
3. Wofür wir die Daten verwenden
- Bereitstellung und Betrieb der App und deines Nutzerkontos
- Anzeige deines Profils für andere angemeldete Nutzer und Vermittlung von Trainingspartnern
- Kommunikation zwischen Nutzern (Anfragen, Chats, Gruppen)
- Benachrichtigungen über neue Nachrichten und Anfragen
- Sicherheit der Plattform und Schutz vor Missbrauch
4. Rechtsgrundlagen
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO – Erfüllung des Nutzungsvertrags (Bereitstellung der App)
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO – Einwilligung (Standort, Profilfoto, Push-Benachrichtigungen)
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO – berechtigtes Interesse (Sicherheit und Betrieb der Plattform)
5. Standortdaten
Der Standort wird nur verarbeitet, wenn du den Zugriff erlaubst oder selbst eine Stadt eingibst. Wir speichern ihn gerundet in deinem Profil, um Entfernungen zu berechnen und dich auf der Karte in der App anzuzeigen. Andere Nutzer sehen keine genaue Adresse. Du kannst die Entfernungsanzeige in deinem Profil ausblenden und den Standortzugriff jederzeit in den Geräteeinstellungen widerrufen.
6. Push-Benachrichtigungen
Für Benachrichtigungen speichern wir ein Geräte-Token, das mit deinem Konto verknüpft ist. Du kannst Benachrichtigungen jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines Geräts abschalten.
7. Empfänger und Dienstleister
Wir verkaufen keine Daten und geben sie nicht zu Werbezwecken weiter. Wir setzen folgende Dienstleister ein:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) – Anmeldung, Datenbank, Dateispeicher und Push-Benachrichtigungen. Die Daten werden in Rechenzentren innerhalb der Europäischen Union gespeichert; Google verarbeitet sie als Auftragsverarbeiter.
- OpenStreetMap – Kartenansicht und Städtesuche. Dabei werden deine IP-Adresse und der eingegebene Suchbegriff an die Server von OpenStreetMap übermittelt.
Darüber hinaus geben wir Daten nur weiter, wenn wir gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind.
8. Speicherdauer
Wir speichern deine Daten, solange dein Konto besteht. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen (Profil → Konto löschen). Danach löschen wir deine personenbezogenen Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
9. Cookies, Tracking und Werbung
Die Sportifo-App verwendet keine Tracking-Cookies, keine Analyse- oder Werbedienste von Drittanbietern und erstellt keine Werbeprofile.
Die Website sportifo.app setzt keine Cookies und kein Tracking ein. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Google Firebase Hosting technisch notwendige Verbindungsdaten (z. B. IP-Adresse), um die Seite auszuliefern.
10. Mindestalter
Sportifo richtet sich an Personen ab 16 Jahren. Wir verarbeiten wissentlich keine Daten jüngerer Personen.
11. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21). Eine erteilte Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren.

12. Sicherheit
Die Verbindung zwischen App und Servern ist verschlüsselt (TLS/HTTPS). Der Zugriff auf Daten ist durch technische Zugriffsregeln beschränkt.
13. Änderungen
Wir passen diese Erklärung an, wenn sich die App oder die Rechtslage ändert. Die aktuelle Fassung findest du immer auf dieser Seite.

Sportifo helps you find training partners near you. This policy explains which data the Sportifo app processes and which rights you have.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Sportifo (“the Sportifo team”).

2. Data we process
- Account data: email address and password (the password is stored only as a cryptographic hash).
- Profile data: name, username, age, gender, sports, fitness level, description (“bio”) and – optionally – a profile photo.
- Location: with your consent, your approximate location (rounded to about one kilometre) or a city you enter yourself.
- Content: training requests, chat messages, images you send, appointments, favourites, and groups, events and games you create or join.
- Usage status: the time at which messages were delivered and read.
- Device token: an identifier of your device for push notifications.
- Technical data: IP address and device information generated when connecting to our servers.
- Picture check: Pictures are automatically checked for nudity before upload. The check runs exclusively on your device; no picture is sent to us or to third parties for it. For chat pictures we only store the result (sensitive: yes/no) together with the message.
- Reports and bans: When you report something, we store the report with the reason, your note and – for messages – the reported content in order to review it. If an account is banned, we store its e-mail address as a non-reversible hash to prevent a new registration. Moderation actions are logged without content (who, what, when).
3. How we use the data
- Providing and operating the app and your user account
- Showing your profile to other signed-in users and matching training partners
- Communication between users (requests, chats, groups)
- Notifications about new messages and requests
- Platform security and protection against misuse
4. Legal bases
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of the user contract (providing the app)
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (location, profile photo, push notifications)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (security and operation of the platform)
5. Location data
Your location is processed only if you allow access or enter a city yourself. We store it in rounded form in your profile to calculate distances and to show you on the map inside the app. Other users do not see an exact address. You can hide the distance display in your profile and withdraw location access at any time in your device settings.
6. Push notifications
For notifications we store a device token that is linked to your account. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
7. Recipients and service providers
We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising purposes. We use the following service providers:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) – sign-in, database, file storage and push notifications. Data is stored in data centres within the European Union; Google processes it on our behalf.
- OpenStreetMap – map view and city search. Your IP address and the search term you enter are transmitted to OpenStreetMap servers.
Beyond that, we only disclose data where we are legally obliged to do so.
8. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We then delete your personal data within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
9. Cookies, tracking and advertising
The Sportifo app does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics or advertising services and does not create advertising profiles.
The website sportifo.app uses no cookies and no tracking. When you open it, Google Firebase Hosting processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address) to deliver the page.
10. Minimum age
Sportifo is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly process data of younger persons.
11. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

12. Security
The connection between the app and the servers is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS). Access to data is restricted by technical access rules.

1. Responsable du traitement
Le responsable du traitement des données personnelles au sens du Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD) est Sportifo (« l'équipe Sportifo »).

2. Données que nous traitons
- Données de compte : adresse e-mail et mot de passe (le mot de passe est conservé uniquement sous forme de hachage cryptographique).
- Données de profil : nom, nom d'utilisateur, âge, genre, sports, niveau, description (« bio ») et – de manière facultative – une photo de profil.
- Position : avec ton accord, ta position approximative (arrondie à environ un kilomètre) ou une ville que tu saisis toi-même.
- Contenus : demandes d'entraînement, messages, images envoyées, rendez-vous, favoris, ainsi que les groupes, événements et matchs que tu crées ou rejoins.
- Statut d'utilisation : le moment où les messages ont été distribués et lus.
- Jeton d'appareil : un identifiant de ton appareil pour les notifications push.
- Données techniques : adresse IP et informations sur l'appareil générées lors de la connexion à nos serveurs.
- Vérification des images : les images sont vérifiées automatiquement avant l'envoi pour détecter la nudité. Cette vérification s'effectue exclusivement sur ton appareil ; aucune image n'est transmise à nous ou à des tiers pour cela. Pour les images du chat, nous n'enregistrons que le résultat (sensible : oui/non) avec le message.
- Signalements et blocages : lorsque tu signales quelque chose, nous enregistrons le signalement avec le motif, ta remarque et – pour les messages – le contenu signalé afin de l'examiner. Si un compte est bloqué, nous enregistrons son adresse e-mail sous forme de hachage irréversible afin d'empêcher une nouvelle inscription. Les actions de modération sont journalisées sans contenu (qui, quoi, quand).
3. Utilisation des données
- Fourniture et fonctionnement de l'application et de ton compte
- Affichage de ton profil aux autres utilisateurs connectés et mise en relation de partenaires
- Communication entre utilisateurs (demandes, discussions, groupes)
- Notifications concernant les nouveaux messages et demandes
- Sécurité de la plateforme et protection contre les abus
4. Bases juridiques

5. Données de localisation
Ta position n'est traitée que si tu autorises l'accès ou si tu saisis toi-même une ville. Nous l'enregistrons sous forme arrondie dans ton profil afin de calculer les distances et de t'afficher sur la carte de l'application. Les autres utilisateurs ne voient pas d'adresse précise. Tu peux masquer la distance dans ton profil et retirer l'accès à la position à tout moment dans les réglages de ton appareil.
6. Notifications push
Pour les notifications, nous enregistrons un jeton d'appareil lié à ton compte. Tu peux désactiver les notifications à tout moment dans les réglages de ton appareil.
7. Destinataires et prestataires
Nous ne vendons pas de données et ne les transmettons pas à des fins publicitaires. Nous faisons appel aux prestataires suivants :
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) – connexion, base de données, stockage de fichiers et notifications push. Les données sont stockées dans des centres de données situés dans l'Union européenne ; Google les traite en tant que sous-traitant.
- OpenStreetMap – affichage de la carte et recherche de villes. Ton adresse IP et le terme recherché sont transmis aux serveurs d'OpenStreetMap.
En dehors de cela, nous ne communiquons des données que si la loi nous y oblige.
8. Durée de conservation
Nous conservons tes données tant que ton compte existe. Tu peux supprimer ton compte à tout moment dans l'application (Profil → Supprimer le compte). Nous supprimons ensuite tes données personnelles dans un délai de 30 jours, sauf obligation légale de conservation.
9. Cookies, suivi et publicité
L'application Sportifo n'utilise ni cookies de suivi, ni services d'analyse ou de publicité de tiers, et ne crée pas de profils publicitaires.
Le site sportifo.app n'utilise ni cookies ni suivi. Lors de sa consultation, Google Firebase Hosting traite les données de connexion techniquement nécessaires (p. ex. l'adresse IP) pour afficher la page.
10. Âge minimum
Sportifo s'adresse aux personnes âgées de 16 ans et plus. Nous ne traitons pas sciemment les données de personnes plus jeunes.
11. Tes droits
Tu disposes d'un droit d'accès (art. 15 RGPD), de rectification (art. 16), d'effacement (art. 17), de limitation du traitement (art. 18), de portabilité (art. 20) et d'opposition (art. 21). Tu peux retirer ton consentement à tout moment, avec effet pour l'avenir. Tu peux également introduire une réclamation auprès d'une autorité de protection des données.
